For Data Science Day (DSD), all posters will be displayed using a standardized mounting format to ensure consistency and ease of setup. Please review the following guidelines for preparing and mounting your poster.
Display
Posters will be presented on freestanding easels provided at the event. Each presenter will be assigned an easel at their designated using a numbering system and will be included in the event program.
Presenters should plan to mount their posters between 7:30 and 8 a.m.
Foam Board Backing
Posters will be mounted on a rigid foam board to provide support and prevent bending or curling that will be provided by event coordinators.
Foam boards will be placed on easels at the start of the day so presenters can mount their posters during morning registration (7:30-8 a.m.).
Push Pins for Securing Posters
Posters should be attached to the foam board using push pins (which will be provided at the venue).
We recommend using four push pins, one in each corner, to ensure the poster remains secure.
Poster Dimensions
A poster template for DSD '25 has been provided. Standard poster size is 36 inches x 48 inches (or similar large-format dimensions). Please ensure your poster fits within these dimensions for proper display.
Setup and Takedown
Presenters should arrive at 7:30 a.m. to register and set up their posters before the event begins.
At the end of the event (4:30 p.m.), presenters are responsible for removing their posters and disposing of any materials properly.
