The HAIL Academic Advisory Committee brings together faculty and staff from across the University of Pittsburgh to help guide the Hub for AI and Data Science Leadership’s work in support of the University’s academic mission.
Representing a range of disciplines, schools, centers, and units, committee members share insights from their fields and communities, provide feedback on HAIL’s developing programs and initiatives, and offer strategic perspectives on the future of AI and data science at Pitt. Their expertise helps HAIL identify emerging opportunities, strengthen connections across the University, and ensure its work reflects the needs and experiences of Pitt’s academic community.
Through this committee, HAIL maintains a direct channel for listening, learning, and collaboration as it builds networks, develops ideas and frameworks, and supports practical efforts that prepare individuals and organizations to lead responsibly in a world shaped by AI and data science.
