Jay Rhykerd is Director of Cyber Security at Columbia Forest Products, leading enterprise cybersecurity for the employee-owned hardwood plywood and veneer manufacturer. He spent nearly 11 years at Sheetz, most recently as Chief Information Security Officer, building out the company's security organization and cloud strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked in security consulting and risk management and built UPMC's first application security program. Rhykerd holds a CISO certificate from Carnegie Mellon's Heinz College and a Bachelor's in Information Science from Pitt. He describes himself as a proud girl dad and is based in Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania.
